Sweet Tooth Workshop Policies

Thank you for registering for a Sweet Tooth ATX decorating workshop! All workshops are held at The Clever Tiger Art Gallery in downtown Elgin, Texas. Each workshop is carefully planned in advance, with ingredients, baked goods, and supplies prepared specifically for the number of registered students. Please review the following policies before enrolling.

Cancellations & Refunds

Students may cancel and transfer their registration to another available workshop if notice is received at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled time.

Because workshop materials are purchased and prepared in advance, cancellations made less than 2 days before workshop are not eligible for a refund or transfer, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that transaction and payment processing fees included in your enrollment cost are non-refundable and cannot be refunded when purchased on the Online Store.

Transfers

If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, you may:

•Request a transfer to another available workshop with at least 2 days' notice.

•Transfer your registration to another person at any time. Simply notify me of the new attendee's name before the workshopbegins.

Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed individually.

Weather Policy

Your safety is important.

If Sweet Tooth cancels a workshopo due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, registered students may choose one of the following:

•Transfer their registration to another available workshop (preferred), or

•Receive a refund of the registration price minus any non-refundable transaction and payment processing fees.

If the workshop is held as scheduled and a student chooses not to attend because of weather or travel concerns, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Minimum Enrollment

A minimum of 4 registered students is required for each workshop.

If fewer than four students are enrolled, Sweet Tooth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In this event, students may choose to:

•Transfer their registration to another available workshop (preferred), or

•Receive a refund of the registration price minus any non-refundable transaction and payment processing fees.

Students will be notified as soon as possible if a workshop must be canceled due to low enrollment.

Instructor Cancellation

If Sweet Tooth must cancel a workshop for any reason other than weather (including illness or unforeseen circumstances), students may choose to:
•Transfer to another available workshop, or
•Receive a refund of the registration price minus any non-refundable transaction and payment processing fees.

Arrival & Attendance

Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled workshop time so we can begin on time.

Late arrivals may miss demonstrations or instruction, and missed portions of workshops may not be repeated.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed workshops or no-shows.

By registering for a Sweet Tooth workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
